Intelligent buildings and their impact on us was one of the topics of the 2nd SLOVAKIATECH 2019 – a technological event, which took place in October 2019 in Košice’s Kulturpark.
We achieved the BREEAM Certificate Excellent
Our second building achieved the „green“ BREEAM Certificate rate Excellent. The best-rated features of the building include the energy efficiency and the healthy working environment. The waste management has received a high rating, too. Overall, the building reached 77.2%, which ranks it among the top sustainable buildings in Slovakia.
