The first building of the project is fully let.
Various international companies, from medical laboratories all the way to IT companies, founded their headquarters in EcoPoint. Due to the successful rental of the first stage and the high demand for top offices in Košice, we are starting construction of the second phase in March 2017. The first tenants will move into the new building in 2018.
